This is a first in region accounting role, where your primary responsibility will be the oversight of US GAAP and Local GAAP accounting for Docusign’s entities in Australia, Singapore, Japan and Israel. You will lead a team of two accountants in the monthly and quarterly close process for the assigned entities, ensuring all accounting is accurate and timely as well as making sure that appropriate controls are maintained. You will also be responsible for the people management of two Australia based accounts receivable analysts. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to be a key regional partner for global functions such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing, Treasury, Tax etc.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the International Controller based in Dublin, Ireland.

Basic
● 3rd level degree
● Recognised accounting qualification
● 5+ years of post qualification experience with at least two of that in a people management role
● Experience working in a large public US headquartered multinational
● Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
● Knowledge of local accounting standards in Australia and preferably, Singapore and Japan
● Familiarity with large ERP system such as Oracle or SAP
Preferred
● Experience in a US headquartered publicly listed software company
● Can do attitude
● Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
