Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients to schedule appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service practices.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
