Origin is a US-based venture backed financial wellness company providing financial education and guidance to employees everywhere. We work with employers to provide financial wellness as a benefit to their employees all over the world.
We are looking for Certified Financial Planners in Australia to work with us to provide financial guidance on a part time basis. This is a fully remote contractor position. You set your own availability and there is no selling involved.
Requirements:
- Certified Financial Planner designation
- 5 years experience in financial planning
- Knowledge of the types of equity compensation (ISO, NSO, RSU, etc.) and general tax rules surrounding them.
- Good general understanding of personal finance in Australia and ideally exposed to a broad range of common financial planning areas i.e. superannuation, savings vehicles, investments, state benefits.
- A good knowledge of the financial planning process and issues at various stages of a client's life and must be confident in speaking to individuals in regard to the above.
- In accordance with ASIC requirements, this position is to provide general guidance only.
- 5 hour a week minimum availability
