About the role:

• Working with a highly experienced and award-winning Partner.
• Diverse range of clients including corporates, PE firms, major banks, project sponsors and real estate funds.
• Be involved in a range of banking & finance transactions, with a focus on corporate lending, project finance, property finance and structure finance.

The ideal candidate:

• A high-performing & ambitious lawyer with at least 2+ years’ experience.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as cohesively within a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in face paced environment.
