Business Development Specialist In A Growing Industry

Responsibilities: 

• Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads generated through various marketing channels.Interview to qualify to receive information on our award-winning personal development products and courses.
• Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Plug into our automated system to keep prospects informed and up to date with what we have to offer

Requirements:

• A willingness to learn new processes and systems
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (NO cold calling, we generate leads through marketing channels)
• Experience with CRM software (not an absolute requirement as all training is provided on the custom-built systems we use
• Familiarity basic computer functions - all that is needed is a laptop and phone
• Understanding of sales performance metrics to track and measure effectiveness of varous marketing campaigns in generating business
