About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced CMO & Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the marketing vision for a portfolio of clients, shaping strategies that align with their business goals and driving sustainable growth. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all position—you’ll be deeply involved with each client’s unique journey, acting as their go-to marketing leader. You’ll bring exceptional B2B expertise, hustle, and agility to navigate multiple client demands while balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Regular travel and on-site client engagement will be key to maintaining close partnerships and ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities 

- Serve as Outsourced CMO: Lead the marketing strategy and execution for multiple B2B clients, taking responsibility for achieving their growth objectives and market positioning.

- Strategic Planning & Development: Design comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals. This includes annual roadmaps, quarterly plans, and ongoing tactical pivots based on performance metrics and market shifts.

- Execution & Optimization: Oversee implementation across digital channels, content, branding, and sales enablement. Track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

- Client Partnership: Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource. Spend on-site days with clients as needed to deepen engagement and provide face-to-face leadership.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Brighta teams (creative, digital, web) and clients’ internal teams to drive coordinated marketing efforts and ensure brand alignment.

- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices, delivering insights to clients to shape and sharpen their market positioning.

- Reporting & Analysis: Present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to further refine strategies and optimize ROI.



Requirements

What You’ll Bring  

- Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives.

- Expertise in Business Growth Strategy: Comprehensive understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation tactics, account-based marketing, and scaling growth through marketing initiatives.

- Client Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintain high standards of communication, and deliver consistently high-quality results.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in data analysis, able to extract insights and adapt strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates hustle, and remains proactive in overcoming challenges.

- Flexibility with Travel: Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed to strengthen client relationships and drive strategic execution.
