About the role:
- Working directly with the Partner.
- Advising and representing trustees, company boards and liquidators.
- Be involved in a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters such as, property disputes, deceptive and misleading conduct claims, transaction claims and contractual disputes, etc.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Strong client service & relationship skills.
- The ability & willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrives under pressure whilst dealing with complex challenges and delivering exceptional results within the given timeframe.
