About the role:

Working with experienced & reputable Partners and Special Counsels.
Be involved in arrange of corporate & commercial transactions and projects, such as asset acquisitions, share transactions, business structuring, dispositions and licenses.

The ideal candidate:

Lawyer with 2+ years PQE.
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
Strong client service & relationship skills.
Prior experience drafting contracts and shareholder agreements.
Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
