About the role:

• Working with Partners who are leaders in the corporate field.
• Advising both national & international clients.
• Be involved in a broad range of Mergers & Acquisition and Equity Capital Markets transactions with a predominant focus of in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate:

• A mid-senior Lawyer with 4-6 PQE.
• An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics.
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• An active leader who is able and willing to mentor junior lawyers.
• Ability to build and manage client’s relationships.
