Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the primary responsibility of supporting the rollout of a new process that will enhance the matching of hirers and job advertisements. This position, based in Australia, will play a critical role in reconciling, correcting, and updating our existing hirer database for the ANZ markets. This process is essential to ensure data accuracy, which in turn allows our AI to improve its data matching capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manually match hirer names in the system, feeding directly into the CRM and data warehouse
  • Monitor and check the data matching process to confirm updates to the hirer database
  • Reconcile and correct existing data to improve AI learning for better data matching in the future
  • Utilise the CRM database to generate potential leads to support business growth
  • Provide project updates and reporting on data matching process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to manage, update, and extract data efficiently
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, quality assurance, and reconciliation within a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and correct data discrepancies
  • Excel Skills: Experience in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and management tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams
  • Capable of resolving issues related to data integrity and compliance promptly
  • Familiarity with SQL for database querying and Tableau for data visualization will be considered an advantage.
