What and how you will work:
This is a national role and can be performed from anywhere in Australia. The majority of the development team are located in Adelaide, so some travel will be required if not located in Adelaide.
The Engineering Manager oversees multiple squads within the Engineering Practice at Beyond Bank and reports directly to the Head of Engineering. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of software to support business objectives, with a focus on key technologies such as the Microsoft stack and Azure integration. You will manage both internal and external technology deliveries, provide technical support, and oversee third-party relationships to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. Your expertise in technology and agile methodologies will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering value.

What does our recruitment process look like?
