As we continue to expand, weβre looking for a detail focused Payroll / Systems professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct payroll audits, ranging from simple to extensive.
- Manage full cycle remediation work
- Liaise with clients to identify their business needs to identify which Payroll and HRIS system will be meet their needs.
- Implement Payroll or HRIS systems.
- Test systems to ensure correct interpretation of awards and pay conditions.
- Conduct training sessions for project leads and managers on new systems.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 5 years with ER/IR and Systems experience with a focus on systems (Payroll and or HRIS systems), either doing implementations or managing the back end of systems as a end user.
- Strong understanding of Industrial Awards and the ability to interpret them accurately.
- Previous experience identifying under payment of wages, and then conducting audits to rectify the under payments.
- Previous experience in remediation work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence in collaborating with clients to understand their needs and suggest solutions.
- Preferable: Previous experience working with Employment Hero, ELMO KeyPay, Rippling or Xemplo
- Preferable: Previous experience breaking down Awards or Enterprise Agreements and then building the back end of payroll system to interpret this.
- A strong customer focus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
