About the role:
- Working with Partners and Senior Lawyers.
- Be involved in arrange of Banking & Finance matters, such as complex debt financing arrangement, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance & project finance.
The ideal candidate:
- Energetic & passionate Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Strong organisational & time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be able to work cohesively in a high performing & paced environment.
- The ability to wok under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
