As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused individual to join our team as a Humanforce & Master Roster Administrator.

Role Overview:
The Humanforce & Master Roster Administrator will play a pivotal role in standardizing residential aged care rosters and supporting the successful integration of newly acquired facilities into our rostering framework. This position is key to ensuring consistent staffing levels, compliance with regulations, and alignment with Respect’s Strategic Master Roster. Using the Humanforce rostering system, you will set up and adjust master rosters to meet the operational needs of each facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisitions:

  • Create site-level master rosters based on current rostering practices at acquired sites.
  • Publish the first fortnightly roster and provide necessary training to site admins and Humanforce users.

Job Standardisation:

  • Generate site-level master rosters in Humanforce based on Residential Aged Care rostering guidelines.
  • Prepare easy-to-read rosters for staff review and consult with staff regarding their rosters.
  • Adjust and finalize master rosters following individual consultations.
  • Re-enter pre-approved leave and adjusted hours due to the Job Standardisation project.

Humanforce Administration & Data Management:

  • Provide training and support to Humanforce users.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Humanforce-related queries (excluding payroll matters).
  • Collaborate with the IT department on system upgrades, data migration, and troubleshooting.
  • Regularly review and optimize Humanforce functions to meet organizational needs.
  • Build and maintain custom reports within Humanforce.
  • Process master roster changes as directed post-job standardization


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Workforce Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing rosters within a large organisation, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Familiarity with the Humanforce rostering system or similar HRIS/rostering platforms (desirable).
  • Understanding of aged care compliance standards, such as staffing ratios and shift regulations (desirable).
