Job Description

About the Role  

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Super per annum 

We’re looking for a talented Team Lead to help us as we build out the next phase of our technical and product capability. We are building a new team to assist with the rollout of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform and integration with our existing systems. 

You will be responsible for leading the team who will be designing and developing systems to support business and technical requirements in the D365 platform.  The team will be responsible for the integration into our existing systems during the rollout and be responsible for long term ownership and support of the platform.

Qualifications

About You  

We are looking for the following skills that will allow the successful applicant to fit in our team and culture:

• A commitment to understanding the needs of our customers and providing them with efficient and effective solutions.
• Ability to identify challenges and create efficient solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate and third-party APIs.
• Experience integrating with other Microsoft Platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Experience with C# .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and Plugins for custom development.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.
• Knowledge of role-based security in Dynamics 365.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other development squads, business stakeholders and end users, providing guidance and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Willing to participate in on-call support within the team as required.

The following skills and qualities will be highly regarded:

• Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of security best practices and familiarity with compliance standards and regulations such as APP, AML/CTF, PCI DSS, HIPAA and GDPR.
• Expertise in data migration using tools like Data Import Wizard, SSIS, KingswaySoft, or custom ETL scripts.
