About the role
Reporting to the Chief of People and Culture, the Manager of People and Culture is a pivotal and important leadership position at Hope. Leading a diverse and passionate team the People and Culture Manager is equal parts trusted advisor, cultural steward, content expert, passionate advocate, diligent problem-solver and courageous leader.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the next stage of the enhancement, design and delivery of people related processes and systems that are aligned to our strategy and staff and community needs.
About you
You will have already had successful experience in a People & Culture leadership position and you will possess a combination of diligence and compassion. Ideally you will have worked within a human services or health sector but what is most important is your ability to lead collaboratively through change, fostering ownership and continued development across the team and organisation.
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline is envisaged, with experience in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a broad range of contemporary people and culture strategies, programs and policies. You will have a high level of ER and IR expertise.
