Job Description

You will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental health of patients. You'll develop and implement innovative programs, providing personalized psychological support that fosters healing and resilience. By designing Supportive Monitoring and Engagement Plans, you'll create a nurturing environment for recovery. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll help shape a holistic approach to mental health care.  

Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a passion for improving mental health. You excel in developing personalised support programs and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. Your collaborative approach shines in multidisciplinary teams, allowing you to create holistic care solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology or Clinical Psychology
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychological support and intervention services, preferably in diverse or multicultural settings
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles, cultural competency, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional integrity
