About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing startup nursing agency dedicated to providing personal, first class services to a casual pool of nursing and care staff, and the aged care and other facilities we support.

As we really hit the ground running, we're looking for a Recruitment and Allocations Consultant to join the team and take ownership of the growth and development of the agency. In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind all recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and business development functions, playing an integral part in our agency’s growth.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of our recruitment and scheduling operations, and we are offering a flexible, full time work from home role.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 12 months experience in high-volume recruitment, candidate management and allocations including liaising with facilities
  • Business development experience and a willingness to engage with facilities and get them on board with us
  • Absolute confidence in communications over the phone - we pick up the phone and have conversations here
  • Strong written communication skills and outstanding english
  • A full and undistracted home office set up
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet goals and KPI's
  • Experience in the aged care or nursing sector and exposure to relevant compliance requirements
  • Ability to lead and direct a team of offshore administrative staff and support and educate administrative staff with tasks to delegate and manage your time efficiently and productively

  • Generous base salary of $75-$80k plus uncapped generous commission structure for new contracts
  • Generous bonus structure for reaching shift booking and recruitment targets

Due to the nature of the role, we need experienced candidates that are ready to hit the ground running and can jump into the role with a solid understanding of what is required. We are flexible with working hours and happy to discuss being flexible around family commitments, children, part time hours and other changes to make the role work for you as much as it will work for us.
