Job Description

You will provide tailored employment solutions and consulting services to a portfolio of Government & Education clients, at both a departmental and functional level. The NSW Gov portfolio contains the largest workforce in the state; as such the NSW Gov SAM is a key member of the SEEK Government team and beyond the key responsibilities below is expected to share insights and knowledge with other members of the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and product adoption for SEEK through a dedicated effort focused on key stakeholders/client’s product and service experience across all government departments and bodies and education clients
  • Maintain strategic relationships and high level of engagement with campaign and non-campaign teams, to drive product utilization across all customers
  • Develop collaborative relationships with agencies, such as PSC, Regional NSW and Transport for NSW, to drive advocacy for SEEK products and services
  • Convert new business opportunities through in depth market analysis, insights and stakeholder engagement to ensure maximized uptake of SEEK products and services and identify opportunities for increased adoption and exposure of the SEEK brand
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders from Senior Departmental Directors through to junior administrative personnel
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Government policies, systems, structures and objectives at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in new business acquisition in a competitive environment, using a solution based sales methodology
  • Exceptional account management skills, with demonstrated success in growing revenue across an existing portfolio of customers
  • Demonstrated experience in adopting a solution sales methodology and associated processes
  • Detailed understanding of online recruitment in Australia and international markets
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity and demonstrate resilience
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep and meaningful stakeholder relationships, at both junior and senior levels
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
