We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sr. Director Sales Australia to join our GSP team (Global Service Provider) and thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for building the GTM strategy, pipeline, qualified sales for one of RingCentral’s strategic partnerships in Australia as well as execute Business Development in the region in order to sign new SPs.
You’ll become the resident expert on RingCentral’s services and will assist our Service Provider partner with selling our Unified Communications as a Service, alongside a state-of-the-art Contact Centre as a Service. Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes. You will also be an innovator that will help our Global Service Provider teams to discover new ways to improve our service and drive new initiatives to increase partner qualified sales and productivity.
We’re currently looking for:
Integral to the success of our overall company strategy through GSPs relationships
Build and manage RingCentral’ strategic partner relationship with SPs in Australia
Execute Business development activities in the Region (specially Australia, Singapore, Korea, Japan)
Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans with GSPs and their partners
Collaborate effectively with multiple internal organizations, including sales, R&D, Marketing, and other partner support ecosystem, to achieve partner objectives
Coordinate quarterly and/or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint execution
Establish and execute a formalized relationship mapping strategy
Partner with GSP and RingCentral sales teams to ensure successful deal execution
Develop executive relationships with GSPs and sponsor executive relationships internal and externally
Relentlessly drive the revenues with our Service Providers
Collaborate with the GSPs to develop joint solutions
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
Ideally +10 year’s experience of both channel sales/channel management
Business network with the largest Service Providers in the APAC Region.
Demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships with a continued ability to deliver revenue targets
Typically, 3-5 years of SaaS based sales experience
Preferred minimum 7 years in a management role
Ideally Bachelor’s Degree

Exhibit proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through GSP partners

Strong executive selling and business development skills: proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organizational models
Ability to develop and drive execution of joint solutions
