We have an opportunity for a local clinician who values flexibility over their diary and is ready to make a difference in their local community! The caseload on offer will be a mixed child/adult with excellent opportunities to collaborate with different stakeholders, ability to design your own schedule, a range of in-house learning on offer alongside a supportive team that love what they do!
The Role
Ideally, we base your territory from your home location where you will get to work with our Scheduling Specialist to minimise travel time and optimise flexibility. We are looking for someone to cover the Maitland/Cessnock areas.
- Community based clients - schools, day programs, supported workplaces, aged care facilities, client homes etc.
- Adult and paediatric caseload made up of NDIS and private clients
- Assist clients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Deliver therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and functional
- Realistic and healthy target hours per week
- Weekly scheduled supervision, 1:1 and group supervision sessions with your dedicated Clinical Manager
- A supportive team environment filled with passionate colleagues who have monthly social events and team meetings

Essential Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA Membership
- Working With Children Check/Blue Card
- National Police Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (Government Mandated)
- Drivers Licence and a car
