Role Description

The Success Coach will be responsible for providing mindset resets, guiding individuals through personal and professional development, and supporting their growth journey. Daily tasks include interviews, one-to-one sessions, group training and fostering a nurturing environment for continuous evolution.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Digital marketing expertise is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills
• Ability to cultivate a growth mindset in others
• Experience in coaching or mentoring roles
• Tough love conversations when required
