Understanding new job markets, adapting to different workplace cultures, and making career decisions can be difficult without the right support. Having a mentor to turn to for guidance can make a world of difference.

Through The Educational Equality Institute’s (TEEI) Mentorship for Ukraine Program, you can share your expertise and experience to help someone move forward. Whether you provide industry insights, career coaching, or networking advice, your mentorship can have a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Offer career advice and professional guidance.
  • Assist with job applications, CV writing, and interview preparation.
  • Help mentees navigate new job markets and workplace expectations.
  • Use our digital mentorship platform to connect with mentees on your schedule.
