Join us as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant.

We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst Consultant to join our Permanent team from either our client locations or home, this will be project dependant.

In this role, you will:

• Develop trust-based relationships;
• Navigate various environments and politics skillfully;
• Simplify and convey complex information effectively;
• Employ empathy to understand, translate, rationalise, and challenge stakeholder needs;
• Work with a variety of clients and stakeholders with a range of different projects.
• Embrace curiosity and creativity to explore new perspectives and innovative solutions

The experience we need.

We’re looking for people who have:

• A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst essential;
• A minimum 4-5 years experience within a business/project environment ;
• Proficiency in eliciting requirements, business process mapping, gap and risk analysis, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating workshops and meetings;
• Familiarity with navigating different project methodologies;
• Demonstrable experience navigating ambiguity and complex environments;
• Government experience is essential;
• Private sector experience is advantageous;
• Comfortable presenting and interviewing with our clients.

Note this is a Permanent position with Redvespa. The annual salary will be dependent on experience levels. This will be discussed, if you proceed to the interview process.
