About the role
Based in Hawkes Bay, you’ll develop, maintain and optimise strong customer relationships to drive product adoption and revenue growth. This role is responsible for Hawkes Bay to Taupo region so you can expect to spend majority of your time on travelling within your region as you spend time in person with new and existing clients and attending networking events. There will also be travel to Auckland for quarterly company days.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular meetings & effective communication
- Utilise your product knowledge to provide solutions which meets customers' needs and maximise value
- Translate data to insights, and present a compelling story
- Identify new business opportunities & effectively pitch our suite of digital marketing solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure target achievement
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales and marketing initiatives
- Managing pre and post Sales Administration, including consistent use of Salesforce
- Networking, public speaking and delivering presentations
- Contribute positively to the culture including demonstration of our core values: Excellence, Care and Growth
About you.
- 3+ years’ experience in Account Management and Sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets with existing and new business
- Well-developed objection handling skills
- A passion for property, sales and customer-centricity
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build trust and influence key stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Ability to translate data to insights, and present a compelling story
- Enjoy building relationships and actively being in the market
- Self-motivated, highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
- You'll be flexible and adaptable due to nature of this role and industry there will be some outside of business hours events
- Ideally, you'd already have existing industry relationships, but this is not a must have.
- A valid NZ drivers licence.
