Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Change & Communications Analyst to join the IS (Information Services) team to support with delivering change and communication activities for our Information Services (IS) projects. 

Pivotal to this is to maintain best practice change management and ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place to facilitate the successful execution and delivery of business benefits, results and outcomes. 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Apply the IS Change Management Methodology across all IS projects to support the successful delivery of IS and business initiatives. 
  • Assess and analyse the impact of the change on existing processes
  • Facilitate workshops to enable consultation with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans 
  • Develop Training Materials (e.g. Quick Reference Guides, Factsheets, User Guides and Videos etc.) and facilitate training workshops
  • Provide advice and regular updates to the Project Team and Project Sponsor on change related matters.
  • Promote trust and close co-operation between the business and IS to promote ongoing visibility. 

Required experience and qualifications include:

  • 4+ years Change Management experience
  • Experience with effectively implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain change related documentation
  • Excellent communications (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Change Management certification (preferred but not necessary)
  • Experience working with MS Teams and Microsoft365
