What You’ll Do:

Own the onboarding journey: Guide clients step-by-step, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and excited about using Resly.

Data migration ninja: Handle the finer details of data migrations with precision, ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition for clients.

Phone-savvy superstar: Build trust and rapport with clients over the phone, addressing their needs and solving challenges as they arise.

Training guru: Deliver tailored platform training sessions, helping clients master the tools they need to succeed.

Collaborative problem-solver: Work closely with the Onboarding team, as well as Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and a stellar client experience.
About You:

SaaS onboarding veteran: You’ve been there, done that, and have the experience to show for it. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or scale-up where flexibility and adaptability were key.

Detail and data enthusiast: Spreadsheets don’t scare you—in fact, you love getting into the nitty-gritty to ensure everything is spot-on.

Confident communicator: Talking to clients is your superpower, whether it’s a friendly onboarding call or troubleshooting session.

Tech-savvy and resourceful: You pick up new tools quickly and can explain them in a way that clicks for others.
