Are you passionate about pioneering health solutions and leveraging your expertise in the gut microbiome and sales to transform healthcare practices? Microba is seeking a Clinical Microbiome Consultant to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge microbiome testing solutions across Australia. Based in NSW or QLD, this role is instrumental in advancing integrative healthcare practices through education-based selling, strategic account management, and clinical support.

As a Clinical Microbiome Consultant, you will:

• Manage multiple territories across Australia, building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, education-based selling, and integrating our microbiome testing solutions into healthcare practices.

• Provide clinical support to key accounts to ensure our services' successful adoption and integration.

• Represent Microba in face-to-face engagements, requiring interstate travel.

• Contribute to educational initiatives and advocate for microbiome science across the integrative healthcare industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

Territory & Account Management

• Engage with healthcare professionals through meetings, educational sessions, and relationship-building activities.

• Achieve sales targets through strategic execution and detailed account planning.

Clinical Support:

• Provide onboarding and integration support for key accounts.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account statuses, and market trends.

• Report findings to inform strategic decisions.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, including ISO certifications, privacy standards, and therapeutic goods regulations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Naturopathy, or Dietetics.

• Minimum of 2 years in a sales role within integrative health organisations.

• Strong understanding of functional testing, including gut health.
