Summary:

The Sales Advisor role is crucial in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate must provide exceptional customer service, have in-depth product knowledge, and offer appropriate recommendations to achieve sales targets. They must also build positive relationships with customers, develop selling strategies, and maintain stock levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide information on products, promotions, and deals.
  • Possess deep product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide timely follow-up.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop selling strategies, assess customer behavior patterns, and collaborate with other sales associates.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, including after-sales support.
  • Maintain stock levels and perform regular check-ups.
  • Handle cash, follow cash management procedures, and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and marketing skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cash management procedures.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Work experience as a Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, or similar role is a plus.
