E-commerce & Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to oversee key operational functions within their health and wellness businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing treatment plans, stock procurement, and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients Shopify e-commerce platform. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in e-commerce management, operations coordination, and healthcare or similar retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Treatment Plan Coordination

• Oversee the management and implementation of patient treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups to maintain treatment adherence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to update and refine treatment protocols.
• Maintain confidential patient records in line with compliance requirements.

2. Stock Procurement & Inventory Management

• Manage end-to-end stock procurement processes, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders based on demand and forecast trends.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
• Implement stock control measures to minimise waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier agreements.

3. Shopify E-commerce Management

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Shopify store, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are up to date.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product visibility and optimise the customer journey.
• Monitor online sales performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
• Ensure seamless order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics partners.

4. Operations & Process Improvement

• Develop and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency across treatment planning and procurement workflows.
• Provide regular reports and insights on operational performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the smooth running of the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal workflows.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain detailed records of operational processes, orders, and patient interactions.
• Assist in preparing reports and audits as required by management.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or e-commerce (preferably within healthcare, retail, or related sectors).
• Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment or managing treatment plans is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preffered but not required.
• Certifications in supply chain management, e-commerce management, or operations would be an advantage.

Monthly Rate:
R20,000 - R25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
