At Employment Hero, we’re an ambitious bunch of people on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone.

Since our inception in 2014, we've had some pretty impressive growth (100% YoY), reached unicorn status in 2022, and now serve 300,000 businesses globally, with 2 million+ users on the platform. We have no plans to slow down.

Our talent pool

Despite its growth, Employment Hero operates like a startup. We move at high speed, enable our team members to make big decisions quickly, and have a strong culture of testing and experimentation. We give our Heroes a high level of autonomy to deliver on their goals. This environment is often a perfect match for former Founders and individuals with a highly entrepreneurial mindset, who are used to rapid problem-solving and experimentation.

What makes a strong entrepreneurial talent pool candidate?

• Experience founding or operating an early-stage venture (as either a Founder or senior leader).
• Proven experience thriving in a start-up, scale-up or high-growth environment.
• A track record of exceptionalism and delivering outstanding results.
• A strong test and learn mindset.
• A willingness and drive to dive headfirst into owning the next challenge or opportunity.
• Background in product management or product development preferred.
