Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Financial Business Intelligence Developer to join our Finance team.  This role will contribute to the design, development and implementation of GHD’s Enterprise reporting and analytics applications within the Finance function in TM1, Apliqo UX and CDM.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Improve and extend the functionality of existing Finance Analytics applications ensuring high standards of security, flexibility and reliability are met whilst satisfying the requirements of the business. 
  • Develop and enhance existing TM1 models, including reporting, forecasting and budgeting models.
  • Maintain reference architectures, procedural diagrams and logical diagrams that describe the system.
  • Develop relationships with Financial Business Applications service providers and vendors implementation of changes to Financial Business Applications to ensure high available and error-free operations and ensuring appropriate systems administration processes and documentation are in place.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and proactively respond both strategically and tactically as required to meet business needs.
  • Provide key subject matter expertise, as part of an external network, ensuring active knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor Computer Science or Business degree (or equivalent)
  • 10+ years experience developing and administering TM1 (aka IBM Planning Analytics)
  • Experience with Apliqo UX and CDM preferred
  • Proven people skills with the ability to motivate and facilitate collaboration in a geographically dispersed team
  • Proven planning, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and able to deliver outcomes through determining priorities

The role can be based in any GHD office throughout Australia and New Zealand.
