As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with the top talent they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include understanding client hiring needs, sourcing candidates across various platforms, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact on our clients' success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for different roles
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and market developments
  • Document all recruitment activities accurately for tracking and reporting purposes


Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
  • Comfortable using technology and online platforms for sourcing and communication
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
