Summary:

Biocelect is experiencing a strong growth period and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients and primary care accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The Key Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue.

This person will work in both our Travel & Infectious Disease portfolio across both Primary and Secondary Care.

Region: Melbourne CBD / South-South East Victoria and Tasmaina.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives and provide solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upsell products and services to clients
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of account activities and performance

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical, science or business and/or related field
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Veeva)
