About the role:

As a navigator, you’ll work remotely, predominately from home, responding to client queries via phone, email, and chat. A dedicated home office and knowledge of, or experience with, ACC legislation is essential.

You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team of navigators located all over Aotearoa, supported by a dedicated and approachable management team who are committed to continuous improvement and staff well-being.

Positive team player with a can-do attitude and good judgement in seeking help when needed.

The remuneration range for this position starts at mid-$70K and increases by approximately $25K over a number of steps, and includes a working from home allowance.
