Patches is a multidisciplinary Therapy and Assessment team which includes Neuropsychologists, Forensic Psychologists, Psychologists, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, extensively supported by management and clinical administrative staff. We are well established in WA and the NT and are now expanding to South Australia, Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW) and Tasmania. We are looking for energetic, motivated, passionate people to help us establish and grow our service at these new sites.

The Role

Fast track your career in the Disability sector. We are looking for graduates of Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, and Psychology to join our clinics across Australia. We strive to support new graduates to transition from study to professional life and also offer continuing support for more experienced graduates. As a Graduate, you can expect to receive high quality regular supervision and have access to professional development opportunities. We provide relocation assistance to successful candidates to move and settle in our clinic locations. Some of these include Port Hedland, Broome, Darwin and Kununurra.

You will make lifelong connections with other graduates across The Patches Network. Patches also offers the opportunity to travel to remote and very remote locations to really support participants in their own communities.

We are seeking Occupational Therapy graduates, new or more experienced, with an undergrad/bachelor in Occupational Therapy who are willing to travel to Headland on a regular basis.

Who is eligible for the program? You must have

  • Eligibility to relevant professional registration (e.g. AHPRA, Occupational Therapy Australia)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current National Police clearance
  • Current photographic identity or drivers licence
  • Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination or exemption
  • Be willing to travel to Headland on a regular basis
