Aurora Marketing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for executives and team members

- Prepare documents, reports and presentations for internal and external meetings

- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory

- Negotiate and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal service delivery

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email and phone calls

- Manage office budgets, expenses and invoices

- Conduct regular audits of office procedures and make recommendations for improvements

- Train and manage office staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance

- Oversee and manage office security and safety protocols

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and standardized operations

- Plan and organize company events and team building activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proven experience in managing budgets and expenses

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment

- Positive and professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
