Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing pharmacy partners to enhance distribution.
  • Optimize pharmacy workflows and drive operational excellence through process improvements.
  • Monitor and enforce service level agreements, ensuring high-quality standards from partner pharmacies.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • Document and update pharmacy workflows to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize order allocation to maintain efficient stock management.
  • Develop and maintain pharmacy dashboards to track productivity and enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player, driving success both individually and within a collaborative environment
