The Opportunity
This role is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment and looking to specialise in candidate sourcing. You’ll work closely with a Recruitment Consultant in Australia to identify, attract, and deliver top talent for Commercial Construction roles in South Australia. From sourcing candidates to pre-screening and database management, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Source candidates using online platforms and company provided tools.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
Maintain and update candidate profiles in our database.
Send personalised outreach messages via email, voice note, or video.
Perform compliance checks and ensure all candidate documentation is up to date.
Suggest innovative approaches to enhance our recruitment process.
Deliver on projects and assignments within set timelines.
What You Bring:
3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, with remote recruitment in international markets like Australia / UK or US (preferred).
Tertiary qualifications
A track record of success in recruiting for professional roles, ideally in Construction or Engineering.
Proficiency in ATS platforms (Manatal preferred) and CRM systems.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
A passion for learning, improving processes, and achieving results.
Very strong written and verbal English skills ideally English as a first language.
A willingness to work during Australian time zones which will require you working in the evening on a South African night shift.
Salary: R25,000 per month + R2,500 bonus per placement when meeting targets
