About The Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resell Partner Development Manager to expand our reseller partner ecosystem in the Asia Pacific region. This role involves managing existing reseller and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partnerships while identifying and cultivating new relationships. The focus is on partner enablement, revenue growth, and positioning Fivetran as the leading solution for modern data integration.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Australia.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key resell partners, ensuring alignment on go-to-market strategies and revenue objectives. Identify, onboard, and enable new partners that align with Fivetran’s target markets and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Enablement—to drive joint opportunities and ensure partner success.
  • Equip partners with the necessary training and resources to effectively position and sell Fivetran solutions.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, providing strategic recommendations to optimize revenue growth.

 

Skills We’re Looking For 

  • Fluency in both English and Korean to engage with partners across the region.
  • Deep understanding of the data integration and cloud ecosystem, with the ability to articulate Fivetran’s value proposition.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, reseller programs, and go-to-market strategy execution within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of scaling and growing reseller partnerships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in developing and executing channel strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs that enable partners to sell effectively.
  • Ability to interpret partner performance data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
