THE OPPORTUNITY
We are searching for our newest Resourcing & Experience Business Partner to join Downers rapidly growing Energy & Utilities business. Forming part of the People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in managing the transactional aspects of workforce planning, mobilisation, compliance and engagement.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with the successful candidate being Perth based, working out of our St George Terrace office, with WFH and flexible working available for the right candidate.
ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit a highly organised, proactive and customer-oriented individual seeking to advance their career within an essential service industry. The successful candidate will preferably have experience mobilising large amounts of personnel to site, the ability to meet set deadlines and above all an optimistic attitude.
