Santa Fe Shutters Limited is looking for a motivated and professional Sales & Installation Contractor to join our team. In this independent contractor role, you will be responsible for selling, measuring, designing, and installing shutters, blinds, and other products for both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise and dedication will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving the companyβs growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Engagement: Proactively contact and meet with potential residential and commercial clients, including interior designers, developers, architects, and builders.Quotations and Documentation: Measure, photograph, design, and compile quotations according to company policies. Submit complete job details to the company.Installation (optional): Install shutters, blinds, and other company products as per the specifications. Ensure installations meet client expectations and are completed on time.Client Communication: Keep clients informed about job progress, product arrivals, and any necessary adjustments or remedial works.Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, sales, lead, and installation reports as required.Training and Development: Attend product and installation training, trade shows, and company meetings to stay updated with industry standards and company practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, or a related role, preferably in the window treatment or home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in sales and installation of shutters, blinds, or similar products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM/ERP systems for job tracking and documentation.
- Own and maintain a vehicle for job-related travel.
- Provide own tools and necessary installation equipment.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.
- Valid liability insurance coverage as required by the company.
We offer:
- Commission-based pay structure, with specific rates for different product types.
- Additional rates for installation tasks, with a detailed schedule of payments based on product type and installation complexity.
