Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Specialist to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering continuous improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce platform for GHD.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 
 

• Working with Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions to requirements and priorities. 

• Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Declarative functionality to build and deliver solutions. 

• Demonstrating the ability to work with Salesforce developers and contributing to code development when necessary. 

• Contributing to the creation and grooming of user stories and acceptance criteria. 

• Developing functionality using Salesforce clicks-over-code development tools. 

• Owning and taking responsibility for a defined piece of work, consulting with relevant business stakeholders and members of IS to ensure timely delivery. 

• Guiding business users through the development journey. 

• Acting as an escalation point for Level 2 to Level 3 business requests and incidents. 
   

What you will bring to the team: 
 

• Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong and varied expertise in Sales Cloud. 

• Experience with SF Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events. 

• Experience with Lightning Web Components, Design System, Flows, Triggers, and Approval Processes. 

• Experience with Salesforce database design concepts. 

• Experience with development pipeline management. 

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients. 

• Knowledge of data design, architecture, relational databases, integrations, AppExchange packages, and modeling. 

• Experience in CRM and Marketing business processes. 
   

Qualifications: 
 

• Salesforce Certified App Builder. 

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect credentials would be beneficial. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields, or demonstrated experience to meet the Key Skills and Competencies.
