We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to lead a startup telehealth clinic specialising in plant-based medicine consultations and treatment plans. The clinic is committed to delivering accessible and high-quality medical services through telehealth solutions.
Role Overview:
As a Telehealth Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the clinic operations. You will lead a team, harnessing your expertise in healthcare management, technology, and healthcare practices to ensure the seamless delivery of telemedicine services. Your responsibility will encompass leveraging IT solutions, managing clinic operations, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards, all aimed at providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
● Strategically plan, implement, and manage telehealth clinic operations to optimise patient care delivery.
● Oversee the integration and utilisation of telehealth technology, ensuring seamless functionality and user-friendliness for both patients and healthcare professionals.
● Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
● Ensure the clinic’s technology infrastructure supports efficient telehealth operations, maintaining compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
● Develop and implement protocols and policies in line with healthcare regulations and standards to guarantee safe and effective telemedicine practices.
● Monitor and assess clinic performance, analysing data metrics to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
● Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in telehealth services.
● Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in telemedicine.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare or Clinical area or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
● Proven experience (5 years) in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or healthcare facility setting.
● Knowledge of telehealth technologies, IT systems, and their applications in healthcare settings.
● Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
● Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and patient privacy laws.
● Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
